  • We IMMENSE GROUP LTD take 50% of payment of the Total job quote provided by us IMMENSE GROUP LTD from you the customer When we Accept The work you give us. This is so that we can pay our employees and for other costs we incur at the start when we provide the service you require or request from us IMMENSE GROUP LTD. And we take The Remaining 50% payment from you the customer when the work you requested or required by us IMMENSE GROUP LTD is completed. This is the remaining outstanding amount that will be paid to us IMMENSE GROUP LTD all transaction amounts will be shown on the invoice we provide you at the end. Also all amounts agreed upon will be available and transparent on our service request agreement which you the customer and we IMMMENSE GROUP LTD agree and sign at the start of the service. All invoices and service request agreement are proof of service requests made by you the customer to Us IMMENSE GROUP LTD. The invoice and service request agreement will clearly state how much the total job value was and how much deposit was paid and how much payment is remaining these documents are for the safety, security and proof of payment for all parties involved. All payments shall be made by bank to bank transfer so you have proof of payment and we have proof of outstanding balance you the customer requires to pay us on completion of the job or service. (This is in most service scenarios but some services may be excluded to this approach and payment may be required in full upfront please note service agreement and invoice will still be provided for proof of payment and security for all parties involved).

 

  • In return You the customer can expect great quality work from us we do what we promise we will complete all work to the best IMMENSE level.

 

  • Once a job has started it can only be cancelled by payment of a fee which shall be 25% deducted from the initial 50% job start holding deposit that you paid us at the start of the job and the remaining 25% shall be refunded to you via the same payment mode you initially paid us with this is that we Immense Group LTD don't suffer a loss due to your actions.

 

  •  Intellectual property rights

  • We offer emergency request for any of the services we provide these are called out of hours service. These are also available upon customer requests which costs shall be agreed upon by both parties (you) the customer and (us) IMMENSE GROUP LTD at the time we sign and service request agreement showing all prices and charges.

    • We IMMMENSE GROUP LTD shall give you the most accurate timescale where possible for completion of the services requested by you the customer. But please note sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur so we shall not give any guarantee for this.
